Biyala B
Welcome
Biyala B has created cultural Identity and Wellbeing programs that assist us to tune-in to find out what is important to us, who we are and what we need. We are often too busy to take time-out to connect. We provide a safe space to have that time to become more self-aware. Unfortunately answers may not be 'instant' and we may not feel any results straight away but in time with regular 'time' put towards connecting through the use of your tools (tools are activities/modalities/items that help you to become more insightful) you start to find that 'you do know the answers'. You begin to know who you are, what you need, what you won't tolerate in your life and what direction you are heading in.
I acknowledge and pay respect to the traditional custodians of the country, the Elders past and present on which we leave our footprints. I pay respect to our Indigenous peoples and cultures, and extend respect and acknowledgement to everyone whom we have made positive connections with.
Identity and Wellbeing
Biyala B reflects on their own cultural knowledge, community knowledge and lived experiences to bring to you culturally safe programs that explore Identity and Wellbeing.
